Shipping Time

Most orders ship the same day or within two to three business days, provided the item is in stock. Orders received after 4:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday unless prior arrangements are made.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. All shipping or transit times provided by DrGuberman.com or third-party carriers are estimates only. Please order early to avoid delays due to product availability or carrier issues.

If you select Priority Mail or Express Overnight shipping and the product is not in stock, we will ship your order as soon as possible using the chosen expedited service. In such cases, we will refund your shipping cost and send the package via ground shipping at no charge.

Returns

By placing an order, you agree to the return policy below. This policy supersedes all other warranties or guarantees, including credit card warranties.

No returns will be accepted for liquids, oils, creams, or at-home testing kits. These items are non-returnable under any circumstance.

All returns must first be authorized by calling 800-333-9942 to obtain a return approval number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products carry no warranties, expressed or implied, that they can affect any medical or human condition.

• Opened bottles, products, or testing kits cannot be returned.
• No refunds will be issued after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• A receipt must accompany any returned merchandise.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees.
• Check payments will be refunded by check within 30 days.
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply based on the amount of the order and administrative costs.

International Orders & Return Policy

Due to customs regulations and varying shipping laws, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on products shipped outside the United States. DrGuberman.com is not responsible for customs delays, damage, loss, or confiscation once the order has shipped. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

High-volume international orders may incur additional shipping and handling fees depending on the destination country.

Shipping Options Outside the U.S.

International shipments use carriers determined at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for all duties, taxes, fines, and customs risks, including government seizure or delay. Delivery times vary from 14 to 30 days, depending on location and customs processing.

Orders are typically forwarded to international shippers on Tuesdays and Fridays. If the shipment does not meet the 10-pound batch minimum, it may be held until the next available shipping day.

Importer of Record

When ordering from DrGuberman.com, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. Please verify your local customs regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for taxes, tariffs, quarantine, or warehousing fees charged by customs authorities.

Customs Returns

If a package is returned due to customs refusal, a 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges will apply. Refunds will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in saleable condition.
